The buyer, _________________________, agrees to the following: CONDITIONS OF SALE
The buyer acknowledges that the puppy is a lifetime commitment, and should the buyer be unable to keep the puppy/dog, the buyer will return it to the seller (who has the first option), at any time of the puppy’s/dog’s lifetime. The puppy/dog will, under no circumstance, be sold, leased or given to any pet store, research facility/laboratory, animal shelter/humane society or any other similar facility. That the puppy/dog will not be abused by anyone or any other animal, nor be neglected or harmed in any way or situation. The buyer is not to have the puppy/dog devocalised. The buyer has to provide proof of spay/neuter by the time the puppy is 5-6 months of age if sold with limited registration. If deemed necessary, the seller reserves the right to examine or have a certified veterinarian examine the puppy as proof of spay/neuter. The puppy/dog is strictly an indoor pet, and never to be allowed to roam freely outdoors, except in an enclosed run/yard or be in a harness/leash for outings.
HEALTH GUARANTEE: The seller guarantees that this puppy is healthy to the best of her knowledge. The seller guarantees that the puppy has been given age appropriate vaccinations and that the buyer will follow up for its complete course of vaccinations due, and subsequently on a yearly basis. The buyer should have the puppy examined by a certified veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. Should the veterinarian discover any health concerns, the buyer will return the puppy to the seller within 7 days, with a written explanation from the veterinarian. The buyer will not be reimbursed for any travel or veterinarian charges. The seller will replace the puppy with another of equal quality when one becomes available. If the puppy dies within the first year of its life due to inherited genetic diseases, the buyer must inform the seller and provide a necropsy from a certified veterinarian. The seller will replace the puppy with another of equal quality when one becomes available. CARE The buyer agrees to provide the puppy/dog, throughout its lifetime, proper food, accommodations, annual vet examinations and vaccinations, as well as ongoing vet care as and when needed. Never expose puppy to other animals/pets until it is fully vaccinated. Avoid taking it to public places, like parks, pet stores and even in the neighborhood grounds.
